Since day one, Ginger has been at the heart of every flag we’ve made. She moves seamlessly from creative design to hands-on quality control, making sure every detail is just right.

Tim joined Covenant Art in 2023. At first, he was a loyal repeat customer. Ultimately, in 2024, he became an invested partner during one of the most challenging times in the company’s history.

He brings far more than capital to the table. With nearly five decades of proven business experience, Tim offers strategic insight, steady leadership, and a clear vision for the future. Eugene joined our team in 2021 and played a pivotal role in restoring our online presence after our company was abruptly canceled.

With over a decade of experience in Digital Media, Marketing Strategy, and Technical Management, he brings both vision and execution to every area of our operation. From front-office systems to shop-floor processes, Eugene provides razor-sharp strategic guidance that strengthens performance across the board.

His expertise in analyzing, optimizing, and streamlining workflows has increased efficiency, improved communication, and reinforced operational stability.

Since joining our team in 2021, Ken has played a pivotal role in expanding our reach and elevating our mission. Through his exceptional relationship-building skills, he has successfully placed our American Flags into the hands of most of the most influential leaders across Law Enforcement, Government, and the News Media.

Ken possesses a rare ability to connect, communicate, and cultivate strategic partnerships that open doors most never even reach. His professionalism, persistence, and authenticity have made him one of the most dynamic networking professionals in the country today.

Nawfal is a revenue architect with a mission-driven mindset. Forged through service in the Air Force and Law Enforcement, his disciplined approach to strategy, execution, and accountability fuels measurable growth.

Robbie was the very first carpenter to join our team — and from day one, he helped lay the foundation of who we are today.

Since 2021, he has grown into a true master of the craft, becoming an expert in every corner of the shop. His attention to detail show up in every project that leaves our doors.

Over the past five years, Robbie hasn’t just been an employee — he’s become family. Through COVID, through the challenges of being canceled and debanked, Robbie never wavered. He stood firm. He showed up. And he refused to let this business be silenced.

Robbie brings more than his hard work — he brings heart. His steady presence, positive spirit, and sense of humor keep the shop energized and remind us why we love the work we do together.

Max was just six years old when he told his parents, James and Ginger, that they should start a family business… making American flags.  “It would be great if we worked together,” he said.

Even at six years old, his work ethic stunned everyone. He was in the shop with his dad 5–7 days a week, learning, building, observing. On every business trip, Max was there — not as a spectator, but as part of the team. 

Today, at 14, that same passion drives him forward. Max is now studying 3D modeling and advanced design, preparing to help lead the next chapter of our company. His vision is clear: fuse handcrafted American quality with the precision of modern technology. 

What began as a little boy’s idea, become a thriving business built on family, faith, hard work, and the American spirit. And Max is just getting started.
